Description:
· Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Core HR and Payroll.
· Support the testing and validation of inbound and outbound data integrations with third-party stock providers.
· Manage payroll tax balance adjustments and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local taxation rules.
· Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and troubleshoot data integrations.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of indicative files, including demographics, EITs, UDTS, and other configured fields.
· Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) for integration purposes and maintain data integrity.
· Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance.
· Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
· Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, business processes, and user guides.
· Support the HR team with report generation, data analysis, and other ad hoc requests.
· Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, new features, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
· Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and practices.
· Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a focus on Payroll.
· Experience with payroll tax balance adjustments and compliance with federal, state, and local taxation rules.
· Experience with data integrations, particularly with third-party stock providers.
· Familiarity with attributes related to indicative files (Demographics, EITs, UDTS, other configured fields).
· Working knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) based integrations.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
· Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
· Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
· Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
· Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
