Seeking a Help Desk/Business Support Specialist for one of our clients in Purchase, NY. This person will be responsible for IT support for our client's GTM Implementation. They will be responsible for tasks such as hardware and devices ordering and support, mobile device setup and support, technical support, support for check scanning devices, managing support tickets through ServiceNow and DL and SPA Box creation and support. In addition to these duties, this person will also be responsible for user set-up, licensing and maintenance as well as customer, warehouse, product and retailer files set-up and maintenance. They will provide some additional customer service maintenance including resale tax certifications and alcohol licenses
