Job Title : Business Intelligence Analyst – Junior (RPA Focus)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract. This is a remote position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of operational processes through intelligent automation technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, and UiPath. Ideal for recent college graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Development & Maintenance
- Design, build, and maintain RPA solutions aligned with enterprise standards and quality expectations.
- Participate in planning meetings, share sprint goals, and contribute to solution design.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine business requirements and define user stories and test criteria.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting post-deployment issues.
- Maintain and support automations after deployment to ensure continuous value delivery.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to improve automation processes.
- Participate in the global IA (Intelligent Automation) developer community to stay updated on new tools and best practices.
- Promote awareness of IA capabilities within the Finance team.
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, RPA development, or a similar technical role.
- Recent graduates with hands-on project experience using Blue Prism, Power Automate, or UiPath are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Oracle EBS, Oracle MOM Suite, or Lucernex.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate).
