Position: UX Design Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Cleveland, OH
Job Description:
• Experience: 8+ years in UX/UI design, 3+ years in leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the UX vision and strategy.
• Lead the design of interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI designers.
• Incorporate user research insights into the design process.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, A e Creative Suite, Sketch).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
