Pay Range: $60 - $64/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills:FIGMA ,UXD ,Conduct and use User - research in their designs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Human-Centered Design, or other relevant degree with 7+ years of UXD experience.
  • Experience working on agile teams delivering user experiences across varied communication channels including web, native iOS and Android.
  • Expertise in common design and prototyping tools such as FIGMA (preferred).
  • Experience in conducting usability tests and applying research to support design decisions.
  • Expertise in delivering end-to-end user experience designs focusing on entire user journeys and interactions.
  • Create and maintain appropriate interactive design deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and iterate upon multiple ideas.
  • Partner closely with business and technology teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
  • Create human-focused designs focusing on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
  • Driven to design and implement products that are intuitive and easy to use.
  • An analytical designer with a range of skills, including visual design, prototyping, UX research, and experimentation.
  • You employ storytelling to paint a picture, build common understanding, set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
  • We seek an empathetic problem solver, employing research methods to gain an understanding of user needs and challenges.
  • Applying research findings and use understanding of user behavior, preferences, challenges to inform design.
  • You have the ability to analyze user workflows and problem-solve to determine solutions to user interface challenges.
  • The ability to organize information structures, understand business requirements and translate company objectives into digital experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively to groups is critical.
  • Solid education foundation (a UX Design program – user centered design).
  • Be able to go through the process from beginning to end.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (communicate with not just engineers, but also Sr leadership, squad leads, etc.).
  • FIGMA experience.
  • Conduct and use User - research in their designs.
