Position - GCP Cloud Engineer (15+ Years of experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced GCP Cloud Engineer with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a strong background in application architecture and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud architectures, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices.
- Evaluate and research emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing to continuously improve our solutions.
- Lead client engagements and projects, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications using Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Build hybrid-cloud solutions integrating VM and containerization technologies, such as VMware, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, and Anthos.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in implementing technological solutions, with a focus on cloud architecture design and evaluation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including but not limited to Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Strong background in application architecture, with at least 8 years of experience designing scalable and reliable software systems.
- Proficiency in DevOps techniques and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
- Demonstrated experience managing clients and/or projects, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and drive successful outcomes.
- Expertise in building applications utilizing Kubernetes and containers, particularly within the Google Cloud Platform environment.
- Familiarity with hybrid-cloud solutions and experience working with VM and containerization technologies like VMware, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, and Anthos.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or related technologies.
- Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
