Job Title : A e Journey Optimizer (AJO) Lead
Location: Issaquah, WA, Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic A e Journey Optimizer (AJO) Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, along with hands-on experience in A e Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), XDM modeling, and multiple programming languages. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This is a long-term, on-site contract position located in Issaquah, WA.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of A e Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions.
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to design, build, and optimize customer journeys using AJO and AEP.
  • Manage and enhance AEP RT-CDP and XDM models for data management and integration.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, RESTful services, and integrations across platforms.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries using Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Contribute to programming efforts using a variety of languages, including JavaScript, Java, C#, and PHP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
  • Experience:8+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience specifically with A e Journey Optimizer (AJO) and A e Experience Platform (AEP). Extensive experience with AEP Real-Time CDP and XDM data modeling. 5+ years of experience working with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL). 5+ years of experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C#, PHP, or similar). Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Skills:Strong technical proficiency in APIs and RESTful services. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments. Highly organized, self-starter, and a motivated team player.

  • Languages:English (native or bilingual proficiency required)
  • Work Authorization:Open to US citizens, Green Card holders, and those with work visas (H1-B, TN, E-3, etc.).
  • Work Schedule:The position requires the candidate to be on-site 3 days per week in Issaquah, WA. Must be available to start immediately.
