Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  1. Deeply groomed expert in Workday HCM all modules 
  2. Executive experience leading and conducting HCM Architect Sessions / Workshops and interview
  3. At least 2 full life cycle implementation at leadership level
  4. Good knowledge of HR, Workday and other HR Technology products
  5. Should be comfortable with the advisory work, providing clarity to the ambiguity typical in consulting work.
  6. Critical thinking, troubleshooting, solution design with Excellent Communication and customer engagement skills
  7. Very detailed oriented and can get involved at the detailed level
  8. Independent thought leader
