Our client is looking to bring a Workday Supply Chain / Procure-to-Pay Architect onto their team on a fully remote and contract basis. This will be a 3 months project plus likely extensions. This is a 40 hour per week engagement!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You will serve as the go-to SME for Supply Chain within Workday, focused on the life cycle of procurement through payment. This includes identifying issues between configuration and real-world functionality, auditing business processes and inventory transactions, and improving integrations between SCM and Financials. You will work closely with the purchasing team, responding quickly and being available throughout standard EST business hours.
Required Skills:
- Deep experience in Workday Supply Chain Management (P2P lifecycle)
- Understanding of how inventory management feeds into AP and GL
- Ability to diagnose configuration vs real-world execution gaps
- Experience auditing and optimizing BPs in Workday
- Strong communication and documentation skills
