Survey results strongly recommend active job seekers to post resume on job portals to reach more opportunities. Out of 475 recruiter responses, 60% of recruiters prefer to search the resume database in addition to posting jobs, only 28% of recruiters prefer to post only jobs rather than searching resumes. 12% recruiters prefer only to search resumes rather than posting jobs, so about 12% of the jobs may not be advertised. So this survey suggests that most of the recruiters(72%) prefer to reach the right candidates by searching their resumes online which in turn may increase the chances for the candidates’ resumes getting submitted to the hiring managers. 41% of recruiters are using Corp-Corp platform for both finding candidates as well as marketing the available candidates. Interestingly 67% of candidates are interested in posting the resumes as well as pro actively reaching the recruiters.
