Qualifications
Experience required: 5+ years
5+ years of experience as on Pega and other BPM products
Communication and interpersonal skills
Good Pega product Experience
Awareness or experience of various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
Conducting workshops , requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder alignment sessions and demonstrations to large groups of audiences
Very good leadership and relationship building skills, who should also be able to execute the project end to end
