Job Details
· Leading and facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Demos, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
· Ensuring these events are effective and focused on achieving team goals.
· Removing Impediments:
· Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
· Acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to address issues, including initiative Kickoffs, feedback loops and progress discussions.
· Coaching and Mentoring:
· Coaching the Scrum team and the wider organization on Scrum theory and practice.
· Helping the team understand and adopt Agile principles and best practices.
· Promoting Self-Organization:
· Empowering the team to self-organize and make decisions about their work.
· Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
· Ensuring Adherence to Scrum Framework:
· Identifying areas for improvement in the team's workflow and processes.
· Experimenting with new approaches and practices to enhance team performance.
· Serving as a Liaison:
· Acting as a bridge between the Scrum team and other stakeholders, including product owners and management.
