Project Scope:
Texas Department of Agriculture requires the services of 1 Business Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Business Analyst 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Department of Agriculture.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in performing the essential functions, including experience with USAS and CAPPS Financials systems.
- Expert understanding of state financial processes, accounting structure, and standards.
- Strong experience in documenting, analyzing, and making recommendations that improve the efficiency of business processes.
- Ability to quickly and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical persons.
Desirable Skills:
- 1 year of experience with USAS and CAPPS and IT Implementations, and state budget and accounting processes
- 1 year of experience Attend scheduled meetings, Meet deadlines, Organize and manage assigned tasks, Work efficiently and effectively in performance of essential functions.
