Analyst, Product Operations
About the Role:
We are searching for a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to define and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a product-driven organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create Executive level presentations.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Familiarity with product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of product management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts.
