In addition will:nnResearch state laws, policies and processes, in partnership with VSP legal staff, management and staff to ensure that staff and persons eligible to receive VSP services are accurately informed.nLead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.nApply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.nPlan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new VSP services.nPlan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with VSP public relations staff, to inform the public about VSP services.nPerform other duties as assigned.nThe person selected for this position will work full-time onsite at Virginia State Police Headquarters, 7700 Midlothian Tpke, North Chesterfield, VA 23235.
