Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in banking, Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework), and NetSuite ERP to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system implementation, and financial technology, along with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
    • Gather requirements for banking applications, financial services, and ERP systems (NetSuite).
    • Create functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • System Implementation & Enhancement:

    • Support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP for financial operations.
    • Collaborate with developers to design and improve Oracle ADF-based applications.
    • Provide insights on how banking workflows and financial transactions can be streamlined using technology.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:

    • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
    • Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
    • Conduct user training and create system documentation.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:

    • Develop test cases and scripts to ensure systems meet business requirements.
    • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and work with QA teams to validate solutions.
  • Data & Reporting:

    • Analyze financial and banking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and optimize NetSuite reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
