JD:
This is a program/project business analyst role primarily focused on scope, process, and requirements discovery, as well as gap analysis and risk/issue/dependencies identification. The analyst will be responsible for working across business teams, IT teams, and vendors focusing on what deliverables and outcomes are required and when, rather than the how. The analyst will interact with and liaise between business, IT, and vendor teams.
Experience Requirements:
1) Must have experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace through which people can enroll in medical and dental plans through the Exchange, and, if they qualify, receive premium and cost share subsidies. This experience will likely be with the Federally facilitated marketplace (FFM) that is administered by CMS, but experience with the WA Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE) would be ideal.
2) Must have experience eliciting, documenting, and tracing requirements, as well as creating process/work flows and use cases for complex projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with cross-company projects.
3) Must have experience working primarily with a business focus, with the ability to comprehend high-level technical concepts and analyze data provided in spreadsheets. No technical skills are required.
4) Prefer candidates with experience working in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) so they can track and follow IT work, but they will not be expected to create any items in ADO.
5) Must be able to work Pacific time zone business hours. Candidate can be remote, but ideally is located in the Puget Sound area.
