Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop strategies to optimize business performance.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of implemented initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new processes and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.
