Job Overview:
Our client is seeking two experienced Business Analysts with hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality, along with prior experience supporting and enhancing platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and coordinate new implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
- Conduct intake and review of ServiceNow tickets
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and manage backlog tasks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with proficiency in at least 2 3 of the following modules:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- Workplace Service Delivery
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Vulnerability Response
- Software Asset Management
- Human Resources (HR)
- Business Continuity
- Disaster Recovery
- Vendor Management
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- APM (Application Portfolio Management)
- Previous experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator is highly desirable
- Ability to understand and support workflow design and automation
Additional Notes:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential
- Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (no C2C or 1099)
