Job Overview:
Our client is seeking two experienced Business Analysts with hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality, along with prior experience supporting and enhancing platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
  • Manage and coordinate new implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
  • Conduct intake and review of ServiceNow tickets
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize and manage backlog tasks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions

Required Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with proficiency in at least 2 3 of the following modules:
    • ITSM (IT Service Management)
    • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
    • Workplace Service Delivery
    • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
    • Vulnerability Response
    • Software Asset Management
    • Human Resources (HR)
    • Business Continuity
    • Disaster Recovery
    • Vendor Management
    • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
    • APM (Application Portfolio Management)
  • Previous experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator is highly desirable
  • Ability to understand and support workflow design and automation

Additional Notes:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential
  • Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (no C2C or 1099)
