iZeal, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our client's requirement. The salary depends on experience.

 

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads
  • Uncover new opportunities in existing relationships to grow vertically
  • Conduct consultation discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that client and position requirements are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our services, our competition in the industry, and positioning to drive competitive differentiation
  • Proactively build a pipeline that will yield short, mid, and long-term new growth opportunities for iZeal Inc.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in IT Business Development
  • Experience in IT Recruitment Staffing Augmentation Industry
  • Develop relationships with Clients / Vendors by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs.
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and direct placement employment.
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Handled the tasks of reviewing resumes, screening, selecting and submitting candidates to various IT based job orders within a defined discipline.
  • Identifying new business and key target accounts through a variety of different resources
  • Developing relationships with various leaders and cultivating long-term business partnerships
  • Partnering with our Recruiting team – working together to ensure great people are matched with great opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with consultants and other contacts to continue developing industry knowledge and referrals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software

 

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
