  • This role will be primarily focused on managing implementation, coordination, and communication of an Analytics driven project
  • Manages cross functional teams to deliver critical business needs
  • Establishes and implements processes which foster team collaboration at the organizational level
  • Interacts with management and executive stakeholders often requiring excellent communication skills
  • Create project timelines and communicate overall project status to the broader teams
  • Responsible for ensuring each team understands the overall project objectives and timeline, and how their deliverables impact the overall program
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders/stakeholders to drive resolution of project issues.
  • Deeply understands current business processes in order to support requirements gathering for the Analytics/engineering teams.
  • Actively participates in and contributes to the continuous improvement and evolution of processes, methodologies, and tools within the organization.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact, negotiate, and influence decisions across multiple tracks and executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, training or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years full lifecycle project management experience .
  • Experience leading large cross functional programs involving business and engineering teams Education
  • BS degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Responsible for leading cross-functional teams on the development and execution of product and other business led initiatives and /or partnerships, including establishing roles & responsibilities, timelines, tracking & reporting and operating cadence.??
  • Drive operational efficiencies across product, engineering and business teams.?
  • Develop clear and actionable project plans and operational processes that drive visibility across multiple initiatives to drive transparency and accountability across the organization.?
  • Drive initiatives?including identifying issues, creating hypotheses, executing the analysis,?and?translating data into meaningful insights?and actions.?
  • Direct day-to-day project portfolio activities, conduct reviews, and use strong technical and business acumen to manage risk and address escalated impediments while providing guidance and defining PMO policies and processes.
  • Identify, and execute data sources to reveal new stories about how to improve operating efficiencies.?
  • Support product teams with PRD and spec development.?
  • Provide clear communications up and down to management and across teams through regular updates and KPIs.?
  • Escalate and resolve issues as suitable.??
  • Support development of executive level presentations and perspectives.?
  • Support overall WMC team in managing day-to-day operating activities and special projects as needed.?

What is the makeup of the team?

There are 4 other program managers in the Sponsored Search PMO team. Overall the PMO team consists of 20 people. The positions vary from Staff and Senior Managers.

Additional Job Details

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a program management capacity with large scale complex projects
  • PMP and CSM certifications are a plus
  • Well versed in Program management methodologies and able to navigate Product Life cycle in tandem with the PMO, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers with ability to deploy flexible approach to meet the needs of a broad group of diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings.
  • Intellectually curious with proven communication practices and strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives under pressure, balancing multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Team player who is a self-starter and can thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, and doing do so while driving multiple programs
