Job Description :
APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:

Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Onsite preferred (Dallas), remote work acceptable with occasional travel for workshops

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate evaluation of business requirements for business application integration and service activation
  • Drive the development of scope, goals, objectives, and business/system requirements with complete traceability
  • Manage end-to-end production support incident management, including root cause analysis

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, decision-makers, and consultants to gather business requirements and design efficient processes
  • Perform regression testing for defect resolution and enhancements
  • Create various process documentation such as process flows, procedure documents, policy documents, system requirements, and training documents
  • Design efficient accounting processes leveraging new technology
  • Manage the entire Project Life Cycle from idea inception to implementation and stabilization

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of business analysis experience including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and process building
  • Preferably, experience with Wealth and Trust business
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
  • Experience with documentation management

Should have good trust account exp.

financial services concepts should be strong,

should possess the technical skills or Agile skills.
