Job Description:
· Experience documentation business processes, procedures, data and rules
· Effective communication skills, strong analysis mindset and can lead scrum team with core project management principles
· Experience in Salesforce core CRM implementations
· Understanding of salesforce data sharing and visibility models with OWD, Profiles, Roles, FLS, Permission sets, Manual sharing etc.
· hands-on experience on Salesforce
· Experience in Salesforce CRM, Customization and configuration
· Ability to translate business requirements into bitesize action items
· Proficient managing project documentation in Agile workflows using Jira and Confluence
· Define and prioritize the product backlog items, balancing the requirements of stakeholders with the resources of the development team
· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
· Strong data literacy - ability to understand and use data to make decisions.
· Strong attention to detail
· Monitor the effectiveness of data products post-implementation and use feedback to inform future improvements
· Experience creating/editing training documentation
