Job Summary:
As a Client Success Manager he is responsible for building a positive relationship with a client and he is responsible for solving any issue that a client experiences.
Years of experience:
20 Years overall experience and around 10 years relative experience in the similar role. Experience from Health care domain preferred.
Required Business Skills:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle both strategic and operational levels.
Proactively Identify new business opportunities and work with the Sales and Delivery team to generate new business leads.
Act as the first contact point of the organization gaining an in depth understanding of each individual opportunities relating to the organizational offering.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Excellent Communication, Presentation skills and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualification:
10+ Years experience in similar role.
Very Strong Project Management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall and very strong Customer Relationship management.
Good understanding of Healthcare payer Experience space.
Very Good understanding of different Technology Stack - Cloud, database, Application Migration, Testing.
Good Experience in SDLC
Should have handled larger transformation projects.
Certifications Needed:
(Bachelor s degree required; master s degree good to have
Travel:
Ready to travel to client location for business discussion.
