The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing robust cybersecurity solutions to protect critical systems and data from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:


Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, including investigation, analysis, and resolution of breaches or attacks.
Develop and enforce security best practices, including access control, encryption, and network security protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
Evaluate and implement advanced cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
Provide expert guidance on cloud security, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), and zero-trust architecture.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
Mentor and train junior team members on cybersecurity best practices and incident response protocols.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on security posture, incidents, and remediation efforts.

Qualifications:


12-15+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on enterprise-level security architecture and incident response.
Deep expertise in network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and identity management.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective security tools.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or CCIE Security are highly preferred
