Job Details
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in data operations, data engineering, or data analyst roles, ideally supporting marketing or CRM teams.
· Strong expertise in SQL, python, and tableau capable of writing complex queries and managing large datasets.
· Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and managing workflows across multiple systems.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
· Comfort working independently on technical execution tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
· Familiarity with data privacy requirements and documentation in regulated settings.
Good to have skills:
· Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar MarTech tools.
· Prior experience supporting audience targeting, segmentation, or campaign measurement through structured data.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues across multiple layers of a data pipeline.
· Clear and concise communicator, especially when writing data documentation or resolving issues with stakeholders.
