Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills 

  • Detailed knowledge and advanced capability in process controls (PLC/SCADA/HMI) and IIoT
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain interconnectivities relative to overall business implications.
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Analysis for Office.
  • Demonstrated statistical/analytical skills: Regression, Statistical Process Control, Financial Analysis, Analytical Modeling, and Industrial Process Analytics.
  • Previous exposure to internal supply chain metrics: OEE, ATS, OTIF & RFT.
  • Exposure to Lean and demonstrated examples of application of LEAN principles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Consumer/Professional business unit.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience with 2+ with systems support and development.
  • Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems such as MES, OSI PI etc. and manufacturing operations-based IT solutions
  • Knowledge of database infra structure, dashboard, tool PoweBI and SQL language 
  • Experience of leading assigned IT Projects and/or Programs.
  • Ability for analytical and problem-solving thinking
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
  • Ability to lead the execution of a regional or functional strategic initiative.
  • High interpersonal and communications skills to motivate & lead a diverse group of team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic and developing business environment.
  • Must be willing to travel across LAO up to 30%.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the success of SMOM by providing technical expertise and effective facilitation of the process based on global project steps implementation.
  • Provide technical and operational expertise to achieve quick and timely solutions to SMOM related problems within all Mill in LAO 
  • Implement operational solution for Business Analytics standard in all Mill in the region - Reports, dashboard and database infra-structure.
  • Provide day to day support for SMOM requests and trouble-shoot issues impacting system functionality or integrity systemically. 
  • Provide support for developing and implementing plans and programs for sustaining the long-term growth of SMOM to meet sector objectives.
  • Gain and sustain SMOM knowledge by leading appropriate training and through interaction with regional Digital Manufacturing networks.
  • Communicate (through monthly reports, outstanding project lists, task status summaries, etc.) all relevant SMOM issues to provide Manager and key stakeholder information.
  • Ensure all system documentation is maintained, kept up to date and accessible.
  • Build organizational capability and culture in digital manufacturing through key user training, support, and maturity assessment. 
  • Work with other support areas in COE to guarantee the implementation of digital system according with the company standards. 
  • Lead problem-solving with the ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure hardware components, Servers, Networking, Firewalls. Experience of scanner / handheld & labelling technologies
  • Provide hands on support, additionally responsible for gathering business requirements for system enhancements from the Mill business processes. 
  • Apply a global mindset with the ability to dimension business case/value delivery out of qualitative, disparate data points across Manufacturing in all businesses within LAO to drive value for the business.
  • Key influencer in the development and implementation of a LAO Digital Manufacturing strategy.
