Title -: Sr. Endur Business Analyst

Need only USC and GC (USC are highly preferred)
The Sr. Endur Business Analyst will be responsible for energy trading and risk management systems, market data information, and other systems and processes required to support natural gas trading. This role is for a Sr. Endur Business Analyst to work within a Commodities Trade Processing, Trade Lifecycle Management, Risk, and PnL team primarily designing and implementing solutions within the OpenLink Endur platform. The areas of expertise must include physical and financial deals, scheduling, trade lifecycle, risk reporting, P&L, and market data for Natural Gas and Client commodities.
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, advise all levels of business users, and solve complex business problems/requirements during the implementation of our system.
Essential Duties / Functions
Candidate must have good knowledge of energy trading and risk management processes across front, middle, and back office functionalities, emphasizing Natural Gas and Client trading and logistics management.
Candidate should understand natural gas and Client contracts in the wholesale market, gas pricing, gas nominations & scheduling, gas transmission, and distribution.
Candidate must have good knowledge of the latest Endur product platform, its architecture, its key Modules, and its Data Model and should have at least five years of working experience in Endur version 10 or upwards.
Candidate must have a good understanding of deal modeling, deal lifecycle, and product configuration within Endur, including but not limited to new Instrument building, deal screen configuration, new template creation, deal modeling, market data setup, reference data setup, risk valuation, and reporting, accounting, invoicing, settlements, and reporting.
Design and provide feasible solution options to tackle business issues and support business growth in the system
Communicate effectively between business users to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work with developers for implementation
Effective Stakeholder relationship management between Business and IT
L2/3 support of Endur Production instance
Contribute ideas to the evolution of the system architecture
Candidate must understand agile delivery methodology well and have experience working in a global team. The candidate must effectively manage assigned tasks, timelines, and progress reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education is required for the position.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
Minimum experience required of the position.
Minimum eight years of experience as an Endur business analyst supporting commercial commodities (ideally Natural Gas) trading operations. Client experience is a plus.
Experience supporting and working with commercial IT teams, providing functional expertise, and assisting in technical designs for commercial systems
Experience in trade operation infrastructure, interfaces, and ETRM front-to-back business / functional flow
Experience working with teams to drive and influence IT strategies by taking the initiative, engaging business stakeholders and management, expressing ideas, and challenging the status quo across management, business, and functions
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.
Must be proficient in Endur (or other ETRM system) and knowledge of deal modeling, deal lifecycle management, market data, pnl/risk reporting, middle to back office functionalities (knowledge of SQL is a plus).
Experience in North American natural Gas and Client with strong business acumen and detailed knowledge of Gas (Physical and Financial) Trading, Gas Scheduling, and Client front-to-back processes and data flow
Extensive functional knowledge in Openlink Endur, execution platform and trade operation infrastructure
Ability to quickly understand a complex Gas and Client value chain system architecture and matrix across the organizations and businesses and their interrelationships/dependencies
