Ensure resolution of critical/escalated issues within the required Service Level Agreement.

Ensure Business Continuation Plan (BCP) for the projects

Work with team to refine and create related policies, procedures, and best practices

Communicate effectively within the teams as well as to executives and business stakeholders

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Able to collaborate across multiple interfacing teams

Act as a delivery point of contact for multiple customers if required

Defining project work scope, schedules, budgets, priorities and ensure project resources are optimized

Establish and takes necessary action to minimize project risk with periodic progress updates

Tracking deliverables according to the project plan/expectations.

Vendor coordination, technical coordination across the teams
