15+ Years of Experience in BFS domain
Strong functional understanding of capital markets, tradeable & non-tradeable financial products, trading, middle office & back office , and settlement functions. Exposure to Leverage Finance, secondary market trading will be a plus.
Product Development: Ability to lead the new product development features on leverage finance, risk management and integration services.
Leadership: Ability to lead the team, providing direction to meet delivery timeline, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
