Job Details
We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AWS, Java microservices, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes , and domain expertise in Digital Payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java Springboot and PostgreSQL on AWS.
· Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices for cloud-based solutions.
· Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8) for container orchestration and deployment.
· Utilize analytics tools like Snowflake to drive data-driven decision-making.
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
· Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
· Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
