Title: Clerk/Office Assistant
Location: San Bernardino, CA 92415
Examples of Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:
* Intermediate/advanced computer skills
* Ability to follow direction and work independently with some direction
* Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively both orally and written
* Detail oriented * Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines
* Ability to perform routine clerical tasks Examples of Duties include but are not limited to:
* Answer inbound phone calls, categorize, and assign issues accordingly
* Complete data entry tasks for various departments
* Provide customer service to voters, election workers, candidates, county department, and other agencies including answering questions regarding process, procedures, and general information
* Prepare written correspondence as needed
* Maintain various department records both electronically and physically
* Perform quality assurance checks on various department processes
*Acts as coordinator of various teams
THERE WILL BE MANDATORY OVERTIME INCLUDING EARLY MORNINGS, LATE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
