Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Minimum 5-9 years of experience as Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).

Techno-functional Consultant (70% Technical, 30% Functional)

Total Life Cycle Implementations: Over 5 (including partial implementations)

Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.

Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formulas.

Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.

The Ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.
