JOB SUMMARY:
Role will be dedicated to ensuring accurate data mapping is developed, executed, and documented.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Functional Skills:
" Initial submission of requests on behalf of users
" Validating entitlements with users
" Shaping and defining roles for entitlements
" Create Business requirements and prepare detailed BRDs, Use-case scenarios, Functional and Technical specification documents.
" Participates in the user acceptance testing and sign-off
" Agile BA skills - Backlog creation, Backlog grooming, Story sizing, Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Sprint reviews and Retrospective sessions in the above projects.
" Demonstrated experience in data/Application analysis
" Ability to formulate Functional and Non Functional Requirements
" Ability to document data management principles e.g. Data Dictionary, Data Types, Rules and Logic.
" Experience coordinating information requirements from across multiple systems
" Ability to lead and facilitate business requirements and data analysis and modelling sessions
" Ability to elicit detailed requirements from functional, business and technical teams
" Strong communication skills, technical and business writing skills
" Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels
Technical / Non-Technical Skills:
" Excellent business analysis skills.
" Ability to understand and articulate business requirements.
" Need strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally.
