Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Applications Technical Project Manager to serve as the onshore coordinator for a critical system separation project and subsequent support operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle ERP applications, a solid understanding of support operations, and project management expertise. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading the team, managing operations, and coordinating with IT leaders to ensure the success of this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for IT leadership and the project team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Lead the separation of systems following the sale of a division, including standing up shared instances for Salesforce and managing cloned servers to enable operational continuity for the separated entity.
  • Oversee the Transfer Services Agreement (TSA) to provide one year of support for the separated entity, ensuring compliance with service obligations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather historical context and align project deliverables with aggressive timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, balancing their regular responsibilities with project requirements.
  • Develop and execute a plan for evaluating application requirements in 2025, including potential tool migrations or data reintegration.
  • Manage Oracle E-Business Suite applications as a core part of the IT landscape, addressing technical and operational issues.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of Oracle ERP to understand and troubleshoot issues, as well as to provide informed guidance to the team.
  • Ensure smooth integration of multiple applications, including Oracle, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
  • Support manufacturing operations by coordinating efforts across two major factories impacted by the separation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite applications, including implementation, support, and technical troubleshooting.
    • Proven experience in technical project management or product management roles.
    • Background in managing support operations, including SLA adherence and issue resolution.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, including modules like Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and analytics tools.
    • Understanding of manufacturing operations and related IT systems.
  • Leadership:
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with IT leadership.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle or project management are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management, including system migrations and decommissioning.
  • Hands-on experience with IT service delivery under a Transfer Services Agreement (TSA).
