Job Title: Oracle HCM Trainer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions and support the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management solutions.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of strong experience in Oracle HCM, a strong understanding of HCM modules and excellent communications and instruction

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on training experience using Oracle HCM
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM cloud modules (Core, HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.)
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1.  Training and Delivery:

     Develop and deliver effective training programs for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruiting and Self-Service.

  1.  Train end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices
  1. Content Development: Create and update training materials, user guides, manuals and e-learning content tailored to various user levels.  Ensure training materials are aligned with the latest Oracle HCM updates and organizational requirements.
  1. Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and customize training sessions to meet School’s objectives.
  1. Collaborate with project teams to understand business processes and user requirements.
  1. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-training and support to resolve user queries and successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions. Assist with testing and validation during implementations and upgrades
  1. Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users for seamless communication
  1. Reporting and Feedback:  Gather feedback form participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.  Track training progress and generate reports on user adoption and proficiency.
