Title: Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Lead
Location: Columbus, IN (Hybrid)

Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ Years
 
Must Have Skills:
  • ASCP Cloud
  • Functional resource experienced in demand planning IBP processes.
  • Experienced with oracle cloud Demantra implementations Will lead design and delivery of solutions for demand planning, IBP and supply disaggregation processes
Nice to have skills:
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (including experience with agile)
Detailed Job Description:
  • Functional resource experienced in demand planning /IBP processes.
  • Experienced with oracle cloud/Demantra implementations.
  • Will lead design and delivery of solutions for demand planning, IBP and supply disaggregation processes.
  • Experienced with business requirements analysis and elicitation.
  • Experienced with business process design transformation, process documentation, and change management.
  • Experienced with creating training content and delivering training.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to lead root cause analysis and problem-solving during design, development, and testing of solutions.
  • Support deployments for multiple time zones (India, China, UK, NA)
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (including experience with agile).
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain planning processes such as Master Scheduling, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Supplier Scheduling, and Inventory management.
