Job Description :

This role is part of a global team and responsible for the functional operations of the process for executing packaging artwork changes across the MWC NA (US & Canada) brand portfolio and providing operational support to our internal and external stakeholders. This would include, but is not limited to, artwork delivery of planned NA Confectionery activity, process improvements and training, knowledge management, and KPI and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process for execution of a complex portfolio of 3,000+ packaging artwork changes across MWC NA per year
  • Primary contact for operational support of internal and external area stakeholders in the Graphics processes and platforms (Yellofin, Dragonfly)
  • Assist in implementation of initiatives that support the regional and global Graphics strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring that people involved in artwork execution are trained and adhere to agreed processes and that key tasks and responsibilities are completed within agreed SLAs. Document procedures and training materials.
  • Manage invoice processing and area spend in addition to reporting of key performance metrics across the portfolio and region
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of external graphics partners within agreed processes and to escalate issues to Regional Graphics Manager as needed in a timely manner
  • Drive continuous improvement, targeting quality, productivity, and lead-times

Qualifications/Skills

  • 4 year undergraduate degree, preferably with Project & Process Management w/ a Business Management focus
  • 1-2 years process management experience
  • Demonstrated success in management of key projects through cross-functional teams
  • High level understanding of the principles for packaging artwork assembly and print technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with cross functional groups
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated with a drive for action
  • Creative problem solver who can overcome obstacles to get things done
  • Passion for process and delivering high-quality and on-time outputs
  • Desire to help build the culture of a positive, engaged regional/global team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
