Job Description:
Must haves: Pega certification AND Experience as a business analyst
Qualifications
- Experience required: 5+ years
- 5+ years of experience as on Pega and other BPM products
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Pega product Experience
- Awareness or experience of various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
- Conducting workshops , requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder alignment sessions and demonstrations to large groups of audiences
- Very good leadership and relationship building skills, who should also be able to execute the project end to end
