Job Description/ Responsibilities
10+ years of experience on end-to-end performance testing & engineering
Experience in translating non-functional requirements into Performance tests using workload modelling
Expert in performance testing tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter
Hands-on experience in APM tools like AppDynamics to conduct root cause analysis for performance and scalability bottlenecks
Able to analyze Splunk logs, AppDynamics Snapshots, method hotspots and response-time hotspots to identify slow components and provide recommendations
Good experience in service virtualization using tools like CA Lisa
Experience in performance testing for migration projects (such as PCF to OpenShift and On-prem to Cloud)
Experience in performance testing for OCP deployments, Docker/Kubernetes containerized applications and microservices
Good communication & stakeholder management
Experience in onsite/offshore coordination & communication
