Job Details
Data Warehouse Development and Strategy:
· Lead the growth and optimization of our Datawarehouse, leveraging Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and other tools.
· Expand data sources to include new integrations, such as Google Analytics and other external systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
· Design and implement efficient data models and pipelines to meet business needs.
Business Insights and Reporting:
· Partner with business units together, analyze, and translate reporting and analytics requirements into actionable solutions.
· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that highlight meaningful insights for key stakeholders.
· Enable self-service reporting capabilities while ensuring data governance best practices are upheld.
Leadership and Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align BI efforts with business goals.
· Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
· Drive adoption of BI tools and processes across the organization.
· Impact and Innovation:
· Identifyopportunitiestoderiveactionableinsightsfromdatathatcontribute directly to the success of our platform.
· Ensure BI solutions align with the company mission of positively impacting end users through innovative and data-driven strategies.
· Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring cutting- edge BI solutions to the organization.
