CLOUD Transfer Approach

Client requires assistance from qualified SME to provide oversight of the ORACLE team to ensure that all required process followed, and transfer is performed following best practices and standards of execution. client will provide their scheduling team to assist the SME and ORACLE team with access of schedules and data from desktop application.

 

SME Qualifications

1. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 consulting services, with demonstrated successful track record in similar services to other agencies. Their expertise shall be within an environment with many P6 users. Specifically scheduling, cost control and resource planning of Capital program/projects to provide guidance for the implementation of PRIMAVERA P6 software and the transfer of existing information and data to CLOUD. The SME shall assist MTACD and coordinate with Oracle team with the following Scope summary for the CLOUD migration and security of the P6 Enterprise.

Preferred certifications include:

a. Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Certified Implementation Specialist

b. Oracle OBIEE implementation specialist

c. Oracle Certified Database Administrator

 

SCOPE of WORK

1. Assess, advise and coordinate with client and Oracle implementation team to help migrate client schedules to Cloud.

2. Utilize Extensive IT experience in Oracle Technologies and technical expertise in migration to Oracle cloud environment to provide expert advice to client during Oracle's P6 migration to Cloud.

a. Review of migration plan recommending proven migration approach,

b. Guidance on security configuration

c. Recommend best industry approach for installation and configuration of Primavera P6 System as applicable to client

d. Migration of existing data

e. Develop data quality requirements to enable cross reference of existing data with P6 requirement (IE; PSR). Also explore integration of data with other existing client Legacy systems

f. Technical support for system and user administration,

g. Data archiving process per client policies and procedures

3. Reports & Dashboard development utilizing Primavera P6 Systems and BI Publisher as directed by client project controls team a) Including, but not limited to, cost, schedule, resource assist in the development of custom reports that will be required by client for a project specific status reports by multiple stakeholders including Business Units, Development and Delivery Departments, and Agencies

4. Primavera P6 system configuration of web, security, Enterprise Structure, UDF, codes, development of reporting and dashboards, risk management, document management, resource management, Team Member, OBIEE/P6 Analytics, standardization and templates, system support and maintenance, system administration, user administration, integration, archiving process, reporting, and patching support
