Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with HRIS applications, particularly SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Lead and facilitate project team meetings, providing weekly status updates.
- Ensure accountability among project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and manage customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage project documentation including a project schedule, RAID log, enhancements log, status updates, and customer presentations.
- Conduct post-project lessons learned sessions to evaluate the success and shortcomings of project elements.

- Demonstrated expertise in project planning and management.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions and present information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills for problem-solving and sound judgment in complex decision-making.
- Proficient in planning and organizing work processes, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with HRIS application SuccessFactors is advantageous.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR systems.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HRIS projects.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
