Role: Quality Engineering Center of Excellence Lead

Responsibilities:
· Lead Quality Engineering (QE) Team in development and implementation of Software Engineering Testing best practices across multiple business units.
· Lead QE Team using Agile in design, development and deployment of QE productivity and reporting tools and processes.
Required Experience and Skills:
· 6-8 years experience leading complex software related projects.
· Local / able to work FT on-site.
· Expertise with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
· Experience managing hybrid on-shore, near-shore, off-shore teams.
· Expertise with both SDET, in-scrum testing as well as dedicated testing team approaches.
· Strong background in software testing processes and Quality Engineering best practices such: Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development, Test Data Management, etc.
