Description of Work:
• Strong experience with ColdFusion 2021, data modeling, and DB2, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery heavy conversion.
• Architect, design, code, and implement next-generation web application using software engineering best practices in the Architect, design, code, and implement next-generation web application using software engineering best practices in the latest technologies
• Designing, developing and maintaining high-performing Java applications.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as ColdFusion, JavaScript, TypeScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Using software development best practices and coding standards (i.e. software reuse, refactoring, continuous integration, test automation, secure development, Test Driven Development, static code analysis, peer/code review)
• Demonstrating ability to take part in data analysis, data manipulation, database design, programming, and implementation
• Experience with the implementation of Section 508 standards for Web Applications.
• Exposure to writing systems design documents.
• Prior experience with federal or state governments IT projects.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
• 7+ years of experience with developing and maintaining the high-performing Java applications
• 4+ years of using Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure and Web Services / Web API (SOAP, REST, OAuth2)
• Design and develop applications from the functional requirements.
• Design and develop key application components using ColdFusion.
• Implementation of Graphical User Interface (GUI) using the presentation tier technologies such as ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Experience writing ColdFusion code.
• Work with team and follow agile methodology.
• Assist other developers and customers with their project needs.
• Create Maven build scripts to automate the build process.
• Use the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, UCD to version control, build, store artifact, and deploy the software projects.
• Strong experience in XML, CSS, SQL, BitBucket, Jenkins, Urban Code Deploy (UCD), Quality Center and 508 Compliance
• Quality Assurance of design/development processes and elements for Operational Data Store (ODS) databases, Datawarehouse, and web applications.
• Use MS Project, Visio and IT Governance Frameworks to document the solution architecture & develop UML based design documents.
• Strong experience in Share Point, Microsoft Word and Excel and Portable Document Format (PDF)
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
• Exposure to writing Technical White Papers and systems design documents.
• Prior experience with federal or state governments IT projects.

• Effectively communicate with professionals who are using the application externally
