The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing customer engagements from onshore and leading the co-located teams to deliver project schedule, scope, quality, efficiency, resources throughout the software development life cycle. This role includes identifying and managing risks, issues, and change-requests also which are critical factors for delivery success. Skills: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or similar experience / expertise Strong understanding of project management methodologies is required Experience of executing projects in Agile methodology using scrum framework Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business needs Proactively identifying future blockers and gaps and working closely with the team and client to minimize productivity loss Experience of working with JIRA, ADO, or similar project management tools Generating data centric metrics, effective reports, and dashboards Have technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in web and/or mobile development technologies like Java, React, Node.js, Angular, HTML/CSS3, SQL or similar query languages Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline and processes, cloud infrastructure, and source code repositories Able to lead the technical team by providing guidance Identifying the need of aligning the technical architect, product owner, QE lead or right stakeholder with the team as per the requirement Working with multiple internal and stakeholders and vendors and resolving dependencies and blockers Strong experience in leading, facilitating and motivating teams for small to medium IT projects required Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Project planning and management including scope, schedule, velocity, efficiency, quality. Create and manage detailed project plans for each milestone and releases Resource Coordination: Resource allocation, ensuring availability and capacity management Team members growth and trainings identification Risk and Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Documentation and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Oversee quality assurance and ensure objectives are met. Budget & Financial Management Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively; Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources Technical Proficiency: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Ensure technical feasibility of projects. Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Applying learnings for future projects and sharing with delivery team for wider learning. Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field PMP, SAFe, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus
