Job Description :

The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) is seeking a Business Analyst with strong HR systems knowledge and business analysis skills to support the implementation of Workday HCM for State employees. The role involves documenting business processes, developing requirements, creating test plans, providing user support, and serving as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Responsibilities:

Document current and future state business processes.

Develop business functional and non-functional requirements.

Develop test plans and scripts.

Provide technical support and user training.

Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
