Job Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, gathering requirements, and designing and implementing customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure that the CRM system aligns with their business objectives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in implementing sales, customer service, and field service modules.
  • Knowing customer insights and power platform configuration would be an added advantage. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather information and document functional specifications.
  • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client requirements.
  • Customize entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to optimize the CRM system.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems and applications.
  • Work on API integrations and middleware solutions to streamline data flow.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption  the CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing support and address user issues or concerns.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Create user manuals and training materials.
  • Perform thorough testing of the CRM system to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
  • Stay updated on new features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.
