Immediate need for a talented Lead Software Architect/Developer. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Horsham, PA(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $100 - $110/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire software development process, including requirement gathering, design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the new iOS mobile application
  • Evaluate and develop software solutions
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
  • Document development requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to gather requirements, provide demos, conduct testing, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide technical mentorship to other developers on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key Skills; IOS/Apple Apps, ChatBot, NLP
  • Proven experience as a lead software architect or in a similar role for IOS or hybrid platforms
  • Strong software development background
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
  • Experience with chatbot development, NLP, and branching content.
