APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:
Position: Marketing Operations Proofreader
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Summary of Position
The Marketing Operations Proofreader will have responsibility for the quality control and quality assurance of direct mail assets across clinical services. The Proofreader will ensure that all direct mail assets are proofed and approved as error-free and will do so efficiently and in a timely manner. The Proofreader will also identify and document any errors on said assets and work with the Marketing Operations Team to address them.
The Proofreader will be a self-sufficient, proactive member of the team, with a willingness to quickly learn the data programs needed to proof direct mail assets and an aim to find efficiencies in their workflow, without sacrificing accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Learn and become proficient in the following data environments and programs: Health Admin, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and various print vendor portal(s)/tool(s), as well as any new software tools that could be required in the future; these software applications are required as part of the proofreading process.
  • Proof and approve a minimum of 150 assets per day, as assigned.
  • Log/Document all errors found on direct mail proofs.
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1 year of Marketing experience, preferably proofing/QCQA experience and/or direct mail experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Excels at managing time and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to partner collaboratively with the entire Marketing Operations team.
  • Has the ability to work autonomously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Nimble, agile, "can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
